Minimum Order Quantity and Lead Time
Each order, including Specials, shall be placed not less than 14 days in advance of any specific delivery date, except that Benjamin Moore may, upon one week from receipt of order, request additional lead time due to product availability.
Anderson Paint Paint Store LLC will not be responsible for its failure to fulfill an order due to circumstances beyond the control of Benjamin Moore.
Deliveries to be made pursuant to orders placed shall be contingent upon any cause or circumstance beyond the control of Benjamin Moore & Co.
Product Returns
Anderson Paint Store LLC will not accept returned product for any reason.
